Here's a secret the industry won't tell you: skilled paperhangers are nearly extinct. Most remodelers won't touch fine paper. Most hangers can't repair the wall underneath it.
We do both — flat walls, invisible seams, patterns matched to the millimeter. Careful with every roll, because at this level there are no practice pieces.

Fine wallpaper
Skilled paperhanging — murals, hand-printed, and wide-width papers. One person prepares the wall and hangs the paper, so both get done right.
Wainscoting & trim
Wainscoting, paneling, trim, and custom built-ins. Good proportions, classic materials, joints that stay tight for twenty years.
Bathroom remodels
Premium baths built from the studs out. Waterproofing is never optional, and the work behind the tile gets the same care as the tile itself.

Fixed price or time-and-materials — your choice. A fixed bid has to cover the worst case; time and materials means you only pay for the work it actually takes. I'll tell you straight which one saves you money.

I'm Sean Penner. Nearly two decades in construction, and I'm still on every job — every cut, every seam, every cleanup — working alongside a small crew I trained myself. No subs you've never met, no telephone tag with a project manager. The person you call is the person on the ladder.
I also spent a season of my career in law enforcement. That matters for two reasons: you know exactly who's in your home, and the discipline that work demands is the same discipline I bring to yours.
I run things the old way: one project at a time, honest pricing with no surprises, and nothing leaves my hands unless I'd put it in my own home.
